Samgyeopsal is a Korean pork dish that is grilled at the table and served with samjang (a fermented chili and soybean sauce), a dish of salt and pepper, lettuce and a variety of side dishes. Here's Nate grilling his pork. You can see the fast moving hand of the very attentive server.
